You have exclusive access to the whole house and outdoor space. There are some locked owners cabinets in the garage and one closet in the house.

Carranza Cove sits in a gated, enclosed yard on a quiet street in La Quinta Cove. Hikers and mountain bikers love the extensive Bear Creek Trail network within easy walking distance of the house, while Old Town La Quinta is less than 2 miles away.
The La Quinta area is best suited for car transportation but if you’d like to explore the immediate area, we provide 2 bikes with a lock and helmets!
